I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled near the Hassenstein fortress. The staff here went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including the opportunity to make your own pancakes. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony offering beautiful views. The hotel's wellness area was a true haven of relaxation, featuring a pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and even massage services. The indoor leisure activities, such as bowling and table tennis, were also a fun addition.

I had the most very nice stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location next to the forest was perfect for hiking, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings. the hotel had ample parking available, very convenient with cars.

Great location in the midst of nature and plenty of leisure activities. the hotel's indoor leisure activities such as bowling, table football, and table tennis are great for everyone, including kids. the hotel offers great hiking options nearby and a quiet and peaceful environment perfect for relaxation.

The lack of a la carte options in the restaurant made it difficult to manage dinner with kids, and the small pool in the spa area is not ideal for kids to play around if there are other guests present. the hotel's outside setup could be improved with additional seating areas and covers for outdoor dining.
